All services can be better, even ours. Do you have any comments on us, our site or our business: Contact us!

If you would like to make a formal complaint, please contact us as seen below. Describe your case as thoroughly as possible and please enclose documentation if any such exist. We will be in touch as soon as we can, but in complicated cases it can take up to 14 business days. Most often, however, things go much faster. Should you still not be satisfied, you should contact Untie's complaint manager. Send a letter to:
